Why We Cannot Accept Returns

Every decant we sell is hand-poured to order from a larger bottle. Once a decant leaves our hands, we have no way to verify that its contents are unaltered, uncontaminated, or safe to resell. The same is true of full bottles once a seal is broken.

Fragrance is applied directly to skin. For the health and safety of every customer, we treat all fragrance as a personal care product that cannot be restocked or resold once it has left our possession.

By placing an order with Olfactory Outlaws, you acknowledge and agree that:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We are not in the business of ripping people off. If your order arrives damaged in transit, leaking, or if we sent you the wrong item, contact us at olfactoryoutlaws@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review these situations case by case. Any remedy we choose to offer is at our sole discretion and is a courtesy, not an obligation created by this policy. Nothing in this section creates a general right to a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or marked delivered but not received. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed with the carrier.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with an order, contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us is considered a breach of these terms, and we reserve the right to refuse all future service to any customer who does so.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive any right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement.
