Agreement

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who Can Buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. By ordering, you confirm that you are.

Our Products

Decants. A decant is a smaller quantity of fragrance that we hand-pour from a larger original bottle into a new, clean vial. Decants are not sold in original manufacturer packaging.

We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance house or brand named on this site. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the product being sold.

We guarantee our fragrances are authentic. We do not sell counterfeits or reformulated imitations.

Pricing and Availability

Prices and stock are pulled live from our inventory system and can change without notice. We make every effort to be accurate, but listings may occasionally contain an error.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable after you order, we may cancel the order and notify you. If we cancel for that reason, you will not be charged, or you will be refunded for that specific cancelled order.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or resale.

Once submitted, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Please double check your order and shipping address before paying.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges and we do not issue refunds. Fragrance is a personal care product applied to skin, and hand-poured decants cannot be restocked once they leave our possession.

Please read our full Refund Policy before ordering. By placing an order you confirm that you have read it and agree to it.

Shipping

We ship after your order is processed. Delivery times given by carriers are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession of the package. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked delivered but not received.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a recurring product such as the Monthly Bounty Box, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future billing. Charges already made are final and are not refunded, including for a box that has already shipped or been prepared.

Fragrance Safety

Fragrance can irritate skin or cause an allergic reaction. Test on a small area first. Keep away from eyes, children, and open flame. Do not ingest. You use our products at your own risk.

Any description of how a fragrance smells is subjective opinion, not a promise. Scent is affected by your skin chemistry, and a fragrance smelling different on you is not a defect.

Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to this site, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Olfactory Outlaws name, logo, site design, photography, and written content are ours. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Disclaimer and Limit of Liability

The site and our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
